If you want a good experience with Ulta, go to the Garner location. Not this one. The cashier who checked out my purchases was one of the rudest people I have ever met!

I've been seeing Jasmine in the salon for over a year. She always takes her time with me and I never feel rushed. She always offers me her thoughts on how she feels what I want would actually end up looking and works with me and my crazy hair to make sure I end up leaving happy and satisfied. On top of that I feel like she also stays up to date on current trends and never makes me feel bad for asking a million questions about my hair. The rest of the salon staff always make me feel welcome and I feel like they work great together as a team-it really shows. 5 stars Jasmine, you're the best!
