Went here for a hair cut and simple coloring/highlight. I normally would do my own hair but I've never done highlights and wanted to treat myself to get it done "professionally" The lady that did my hair FRIED it. She bleached my hair after applying the color and used a brush to brush the bleach on because she said she "hated foils and they took too long". She was brushing through tangles as she was bleaching it which caused my hair to break and I'm still paying for it I have to buy 40$ bottles of shampoo and conditioner to make my hair manageable and every day I want to cry when I look in the mirror because there's so many short strands where the hair broke. I would probably have to cut all my hair off to get rid of the damaged ends. When I went there I was trying to go back to more my natural color so I could let my hair breathe and give it a break till I got married so it would look silky, long, and pretty. Its 3 months till my wedding my hair looks terrible. It breaks my heart. The worst part is when she styled it after coloring I didn't realize how bad it was because of the product she had in it and she had straighted it so I tipped her very well. Its not fair that someone who went to school for this messed up my hair and now I have to pay for it and all the deep conditioning treatments. .
