Their customer service is, IMHO, terrible. It takes forever for them to return a phone call, and you have to dog them time and again to get what you need. I really wish I had an alternative place for servicing my CPAP, but unfortunately I feel like I am stuck b/c of insurance issues.

After I posted this, I had to call Sleepworks for supplies for my CPAP, and I have to say I was treated terrifically. Customer service was courteous and prompt: Angela and Yolanda were super. They did what they said. Maybe they have new management -- or the past times, I just got the wrong person. So I am upgrading my rating.
