I had a terrible experience here on Sunday 18Feb2018. The info online had said to come 30 minutes before our scheduled time; my friends and I followed this instruction but when we arrived, rather than being welcomed we were scolded and told "we don't open until 11". We attended the session where you select a painting and go at it alone; the website indicates that their instructors will guide you if you are stuck, this is not true. Our "artist" was very disinterested in us, she spent a lot of time staring at her cell phone and painting her own picture. About two hours after we arrived someone else asked if we wanted to order a drink; quite late in our visit. So over all the staff seemed to regard us as an inconvenience, we did not feel welcome and we were not pleased.
