New Vision Nails & Day Spa at 9101 Leesville Road #161, Raleigh, North Carolina.

I've been to this nail salon several different times and until today I had no issue. I had intentions of going in and getting a manicure. First off, there's never enough staff working, and the new space is way too big for no staff. So today I go in with a friend and we have to wait at least fifteen minutes to get helped (which is fine we didn't mind), however there were people coming in after us and getting helped first. After that the lady who did my nails picked my cuticles like crazy and which they continued to bleed after I left. Also I would like to add in that I got charged for a full manicure when I didn't receive a full manicure. Very unhappy. Will not be returning.
