The customer service here is horrible. They overcharged me for the style I got and when I asked about the price the stylist (Nara) was very rude. This was my first time here and I believe they tried to get over on me. I was not satisfied with my hair and when I asked if my bun could be altered the stylist replied with an attitude and told me she would not fix it. They treated me like I was not going to pay and threatened to call the police if I did not and all I wanted was for my hair to be fixed before I paid. I ended up paying too much for a style I did not like. I would not recommend this braiding shop to anyone.
