I spend $450 on Pandora merchandise for a bracelet. 2 of the items were clips for the bracelet. Less than 1 month later, one of the clips were missing from my bracelet. I went in and they hid behind the Pandora replacement policy, they don't replace lost, only faulty items. Well....a clip is made to stay on a bracelet. It did not stay on the bracelet. This makes it faulty. I cannot help it that I did not see the clip fall from my bracelet. You would think that their cost in the merchandise would be less valuable than a customer who has already spent good money to buy from them and was actually going to spend a lot more at their store. I know that the merchandise was missing...and I had nothing to show for the flaw, but I don't see why they couldn't stand by their merchandise. I have the same issues with Pandora. So I will be contacting them as well.
