I don't understand why anyone would complain about the staff that is currently at this complex. Service requests have been prompt and the maintenance team is the most friendly I have ever encountered. Erin was the representative that helped us with our lease, and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. Today I had an issue where the web portal was displaying higher rent than I was quoted. When I visited the office today, the assistant property manager Mike was amazing and stopped what he was doing and corrected the issue immediately, something I didn't expect. I honestly feel like they are neighbors and friendly acquaintances rather than landlords. I haven't been here long, but great experience so far.
