Enjoyed the online experience from start to finish. Wonderful hot pizza!! Flavorful, cheese and fresh. This pizza look just as if it were on TV!!! Great job to the team working right now!!

At this point, I am only ordering from this store because they deliver downtown. Every time I place an order, there is usually a problem. This time, I was sent an unsliced pizza. The manager (the new GM, Gerald) started out helpful, until he thought it would be appropriate to make a smartass joke about how I can fix the problem with a knife and fork.

Seriously?

No. This is your mistake. Trying to be funny isn't the solution. Enforcing standards, and actually listening to your repeat customers, IS.

At first, I was overjoyed that there was a new GM. Now, I see he's just more of the same.

Here's hoping a Pizza Hut opens up nearby. At this rate, there shouldn't be much competition there.

If it weren't for the fact that the store is downtown, and I don't drive, I wouldn't spend my money here. I'm sick of this.
