The man at the counter gave me an estimate that was at least $100 cheaper than some other estimates I received. Once I decided, based on the estimate, to have them do the repair, the man told me that it would be 90 mins before a mechanic will take a look. So, I decided to wait. After about 30 minutes, I looked up and a mechanic was already pulling my car into the bay. After waiting about an hour for the repair, the mechanic came out and told me that he had repaired the problem and scanned for other problems and did not find any. Then, I went to the desk and I paid the exact amount as the estimate. I mean, they didn't try to add in anything. They stood by what the quoted and got the car done faster than they originally told me. I found my new shop.
