I would have never found my first home without the help of Nick Mclamb. He was patient and knowledgeable, and guided me through every step of the process. Being a single female buying a home, I felt so much better having Nick around, I really could trust him. He crawled under more houses then I can count, climbed into old and dark attics, and even got stung by a wasp, but remained patient with me throughout the process. Homes move quickly in Raleigh, but Nick was on top of it, he was very responsive, and ensured that if I was interested in a home, we would see it the same day. He was educated on the market and helped to ensure I made the best offer, without losing out to other potential buyers. Even after closing, Nick was available to help me with a few other issues that came up, and months later, he has checked in a few times to make sure things are going well.
