Just had a horrible experience with Bryan on the phone and via email communications. He and another employee were combative, argumentative and just rude. My initial website lead to them and the reason for my call with them was to simply schedule a racquet fitting and purchase a new one. That's it. Because, as they stated many times, they were very busy, they felt like it was OK to be rude, snippy and raised their voices to me several times. I realize that many of you have had great experiences with them. Guess I just caught them on a bad day at a bad time maybe, but it was literally the worst conversation I've ever had with a business owner. Shame.
