Brassfield Elementary School at 2001 Brassfield Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.

This was my elementary school, I graduated in June 2014. I was there from kindergarten all the way through fifth grade. I didn't love it at Brassfield. The administration was rude, especially the principal and assistant principal (who aren't there anymore). I had more bad teachers than good teachers, ESPECIALLY my fifth grade teacher who would purposely embarrass me in front of the students and mock me. All the staff just physically restrains students without permission, which is dangerous. Also, this school was unsanitary. Every year some kind of virus would sweep the school (especially stomach ones), which happens to all elementary schools, but there was ALWAYS some kind of sickness in BRES. The school never seemed clean. Every day at least a few kids in the school would throw up anywhere but the bathroom (I remember one day like ten kids threw up at school in one day). Dont go to Brassfield if you are afraid of puke. At lunch, we would spend the first 20 minutes having to be silent, and could only talk for the rest 10 minutes. That made no sense. I was really happy on elementary school graduation day, and everyone else was too.
