This hearing center provides truly exceptional, individualized care. Rocky is a fantastic audiologist, and goes the extra mile to be sure that all needs are met. The whole family came in, and as he went through the process, he explained everything with compassion and explained every technicality so that we could understand what mom was going through. There is a frequent need to readjust, and Rocky is happy to go through the process as often as it takes to fine-tune the hearing aids. He even came to the home and installed devices on the televisions so that mom could hear, but not disturb others: she loves to walk around the house, and not miss anything. The personal touch is incredible. As with other companies, there may a problem with insurance paying for the hearing aids.
