You know how when you take your vehicle in for service to a large dealership, all those service "advisers" are in there... and maybe you wanna ask a couple of questions to an actual technician, but they're all "back there"... and you don't know if the advisor is knowledgeable or not... and you're apprehensive about asking for a technician to come out... and the place is crazy busy and everyone's running around... and finally you just say, "the heck with it" and take your chances by leaving the car and hoping somebody can figure out why there's a tick in the engine??
Well, at Autobahn, you can actually TALK to the owner, Robert. Not that I would take up too much of his valuable time...But there he is right through the glass window, and he's ready and willing to answer your questions, explain stuff and help you think about and anticipate what your vehicle might need. Oh, and yeah, he and his guys know their stuff, are conscientious and do a top job. Plus, he even let me drive his car. (Don't tell anybody that part.)
