I have used this shop twice now. Once for headlight installation and once for replacing the bulbs as the bumper needed to be removed. Both times, Mike was extremely helpful in explaining the process and the most cost efficient way to get what I wanted - without making me feel like I was getting the stereotypical "female in a car shop" treatment. Haven't had any issues with the headlights fogging over or leaking since they put them in over 2 years ago. Today, they fit me in to replace those bulbs on very short notice. Everyone I've spoken to there has been extremely nice and helpful!
