David B. and his assistant arrived within the time window given to me by the company. They were courteous and thorough throughout the service visit. They even took time to tighten up some loose screws on the fold-down ladder to my attic. I've had a home service plan with this company for many years, and have always thought that they did very good work.

Anthony J. was my service tech for this year's spring AC tune-up. He was very professional and offered a few suggestions for me to consider when the service was done. I continue to feel that this company does good work. The only snafu this year was that the visit was later than the service window given to me when I scheduled. This was probably not Anthony's fault.
