927 West Morgan Apartments at 927 West Morgan Street, Raleigh, North Carolina.

I'm giving 927 a five-star review, even though there are some small drawbacks. Location is excellent, prices are a value compared to other buildings this close to downtown. The leasing office was very helpful and answered all of my questions quickly, from the initial contact through my entire time living here. I've never experienced the rudeness that some other reviews claim. The apartments are clean and well maintained; amenities like the pool, fitness rooms, and business center are nice to have. Maintenance requests were always addressed within a day, and I never had an issue that wasn't resolved within 48 hours. A full social calendar, free food and drink giveaways, cookouts, and other parties made this an awesome place to live. The negatives are: it can be a bit noisy and foot traffic from the apartment above and TV noise from the unit next door can carry. The neighborhood outside is loud, with construction, sirens, etc. If you're used to urban living this shouldn't bother you. Lastly, it's a downtown building and parking is limited, but there are open air lots and street parking all around. I've only had to resort to street parking twice in the last year. I don't think complaints about being towed for parking in spaces that aren't parking spots are justified.
