United States Postal Service at 2777 Brentwood Road, Raleigh, North Carolina.

my package was supposed to be delivered on Saturday 5/19 and I still do not have it. I went to this post office Monday to pick up the package, they told me it was out for delivery. It wasn't. I went to the post office yesterday and they had no idea where the package was. I paid for 2 day shipping to receive the package on Saturday. Its now Thursday and still no package. I called this morning and spoke with someone who is stated the carrier who works that route was off Saturday. She also stated that the substitute carrier said they never scanned the package. Someone scanned it and said they had no access to deliver which is completely untrue being that I live in an open apartment community. This is absolutely unacceptable and makes no sense. i submitted a case claim with the 800 #, received an email back from the so called office supervisor Latinya Burnet. When I attempted to email her back it failed stating that the email address was invalid. HORRIBLE SERVICE
